JUDr. Michal Rampášek is an attorney and of counsel at PETERKA&PARTNERS. His practice focuses on cybersecurity law, privacy law, and criminal law. He is a member of ISACA Slovakia Chapter and holds ISO27001 Manager and Supply Chain Auditor certifications.  Michal is a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava, where he also teaches at the Institute of IT Law and IP Law. Michal is the author of several expert articles in the above mentioned domains and co-author of the textbook on „Law and Artificial Intelligence“.
